Prefer a more personalised experience? Private 1:1 sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are. About Your Breathwork Coach
I’m a yoga teacher with over 2 decades of practice and teaching experience. Through my menopause journey I learnt that my yoga breathing was not supporting me or many of my students. The solution was to address dysfunctional breathing such as over breathing, shallow and fast and mouth breathing.
Without realising it, your breathing could be exacerbating feelings of chronic stress, anxiety and poor sleep.
