6 WEEK COURSE Empowering Practices: Embrace Midlife and Beyond

Why this series is great for women going through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond:

**Joint mobility and flexibility**: Movements that keep your body strong and flexible without strain.

**Strength** Power to push , pull apart, hold your own body weight, strengthen your muscles to protect joints & bones

**Stress relief**: Breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises to help you feel grounded and calm.

*Support**: Movement and breathwork that support your body's natural rhythms, especially during perimenopause and menopause. Specific techniques for: Hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog and to lift fatigue

**Core strength**: Improve your posture, reduce back pain, and boost your energy with targeted practices.

**Sleep helpers**: Quit an ever-racing mind to drop into a more relaxed night, soothe yourself back to sleep in the night. Snoring – why it disrupts your nervous system leaving you tired and stressed and how to stop it.

You’ll receive…

  • 6 X 1-hour classes held online via Zoom

  • 30 -day access to each class recording for all registered guests, you’ll have a month to continue with the practices.

  • A toolkit of techniques to support and balance your body and mind

  • A warm, relaxing space to slow down and prioritise yourself.

  • A direct line of support from me, a teacher with 20 years of experience in yoga and a certified breathwork instructor.

Places are £48 for the course. If you miss a class you will receive the recording sent to your email address.

Questions about Virtual Classes

Do I have to have my camera on? No. I love to say hello and see people to give you personalised assistance but you’re welcome to keep the camera off.

I can’t attend Live sessions, can I register for the replays? Yes. The discussions won’t be recorded but you will receive the recorded practices.
