    In-Person- Radiant Strength:6 Weeks of Yoga for Midlife

    Slow flow class packed with powerful practices helping you to be strong, release pressure & soothe deeply.

    Thursdays 6.30 PM to 7.45 PM,

    Venue: Bridport Complementary Health, South Street, Bridport.

    DATES: Sept 4th,11th, 18th, 25th, OCT 2nd, 9th

    Experience my specialised yoga and breathwork programme for perimenopause and beyond in a lovely small class.

    Sessions are curated to enhance mindful strength, flexibility, with evidence-based practices that can support hot flushes, anxiety, and sleep problems

    Our boutique studio holds a maximum of just 7 students. Offering you a brilliant opportunity for more individualised expert attention from Monique, space to spread out, and to make friends within our community.

    Mondays 6.30 pm-7.30 pm,

    6 weeks to feeling strong, rested and radiant. My signature 6-week online course - By the end of this course, you’ll have a gentle but powerful yoga routine to build strength, boost energy,sleep better and feel good in your skin - without punishing workouts or draining all your willpower.

    As a midlife woman, I know how perimenopause and menopause can leave us feeling drained of energy, but what if you could have a happier body and mind with a process that builds capacity and also nourishes you?

    Over six weeks, we’ll focus on enlightening ways to build your suppleness and tend to your emotional needs.

    All female identifying women who’d love a space to be with others who get it, looking for fresh perspectives that boost your confidence and expand your possibilities.

    All are welcome, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yoga student.
