As a yoga teacher, I offer 20 years of professional knowledge to give you expertly crafted private yoga lessons to meet you exactly where you are and help you achieve what you need most from the practice.

Our first consultation includes discussing your reasons for choosing yoga and any goals, assessing movement habits, and exploring foundational poses.

I’ll offer compassionate accountability and straightforward fun homework to keep up the good work.

How we work together

  • Private yoga sessions are usually 60 minutes long.

  • I see clients In-person, Online via Zoom, or at your home or office in Bridport.

  • Priority for appointments is given to clients who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

  • New clients can book a one-hour introductory lesson to experience my teaching style and see if it’s a good fit.

  • Sessions can be booked as a programme of 4, 6 or 10 lessons. Develop your yoga routine to experience long-term transformation.

  • If availability allows I am happy to schedule ad hoc sessions on an “as-needed” basis.

Rates £50 for 60 mins

Rates for a programme of 4 or more sessions starts from = £200
