I offer 20 years of professional knowledge. Giving you expert assistance to meet you exactly where you are and help you achieve what you need most from the practice.

Our first session includes discussing your reasons for choosing yoga and any goals, assessing movement habits, and exploring foundational poses.
Between sessions, I’ll offer compassionate accountability to keep you motivated and straightforward fun homework to keep up the good work.

How we work together
Private yoga sessions are usually 60 minutes long.
I see clients In-person, Online via Zoom, or at your home or office in Bridport.
Priority for appointments is given to clients who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
New clients can book a one-hour lesson to experience my teaching style and see if it’s a good fit.
Sessions can be booked as a programme of lessons which allows for more time for meaningful changes.
If availability allows I am happy to schedule ad hoc sessions on an “as-needed” basis.
Rates £48 for a One-hour online lesson
Rates for a programme of 2 or more are slightly discounted Please Contact me to discuss further
