Let your summer linger longer with this Yoga retreat, set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside with myself and fellow yoga teacher Anna Taylor.
Combining yoga, meditation and deep relaxation, the weekend will offer you the space to soak up the last of the summer, while preparing to meet the autumn months with greater energy and intention.
The weekend will combine yoga and strength-based flow practices in the mornings, yin and restorative yoga in the afternoons and yoga nidra to help you sleep deeply.
The retreat offers plenty of time away from the busyness of life to relax, soak up the beautiful surroundings, or head off to explore the stunning scenery nearby.
The weekend begins from 4pm on Friday and closes at 4pm Sunday, and includes:
Yoga and strength-based practices in the mornings
Yin/ restorative and therapeutic yoga in the afternoons
Guided relaxations and yoga nidra in the evenings to support deep sleep.
Full board vegetarian meals catered by our chef
Fruit, juices and teas when you need them
Accommodation on Friday & Saturday evening
Prices
£500 or £530 for larger room, per person based on sharing a twin room
Places are limited to 12 guests
Please note prices do not include travel to and from the retreat venue or travel insurance.
